The Process

There are products built to a price and products built to an ideal. Not many places can offer both. We can. Building to an ideal is what separates us from the rest because there's more to it than offering exclusivity. It's part of an experience. Creating the ideal involves emotions, demands enthusiasm, and requires passion.

• Once we make contact with a new client, we set an appointment to meet with them.
• A number of things happen at the appointment.
  • 1st - We analyze your history. We want to know where your wardrobe has been. We want to know what's worked in the past and what hasn't.
  • 2nd - Based on what we uncover, we'll make recommendations that best fit your wants and needs.
  • 3rd - We take your measurements for the manufacturers.
• The manufacturing of your clothes will take between 4 and 6 weeks.
• When the clothes come in, we'll bring them to you for a fitting. We'll see how the clothes fall on you, and then we'll make any necessary alterations.
• At this stage, there's nothing left to do but deliver your clothes and make sure you have no other needs.
• This process is repeated every 6 months to accommodate the changing seasons.

To us, passion is not quantifiable; it doesn't fit into a step-by-step process. There's much more to what we do than what we've outlined here, but this gives you a general idea of our process.

This is all about you feeling good in what you own and being excited to wear it. The more excited you are to create your look, the more excited we are to deliver it. You don't have to be your wardrobe, but your wardrobe can be you.
